Mae'r Swyddog Digidol yn swydd annatod, yn gweithio mewn amgylchedd amrywiol a chyflym sy'n gyfrifol am ddiffinio, cyflwyno a monitro hysbysebu digidol, Adwords, y we, SEO, cyfryngau cymdeithasol, e-bost a safleoedd trydydd parti. Dylech fod yn Ardystiedig gan Google Adwords, meddu ar amgyffrediad cadarn o offer a strategaethau marchnata digidol cyfredol, meddu ar sgiliau ysgrifennu rhagorol a'r gallu i lunio ymgyrchoedd digidol ar-lein trawiadol.

Gan weithio gyda'r Rheolwr Digidol a chydweithwyr perthnasol, byddwch yn chwarae rhan hanfodol wrth gefnogi cyflwyno a gwerthuso ymgyrchoedd a gweithgarwch digidol aml-sianel sy’n arwain yn y sector ac sy’n lleoli ymgysylltiad yn effeithiol ac yn ei hyrwyddo er mwyn i’r brifysgol gyflawni prif amcanion ac yn cryfhau brand ac enw da’r brifysgol.

Bydd deiliad y swydd yn datblygu, yn cefnogi ac yn cyflawni yn effeithiol nifer o brosiectau ac ymgyrchoedd sy’n dangos effaith trwy ddadansoddi data ar draws ac yn erbyn cyfraddau ymgysylltu, trosi a chadw, gan ddarparu Enillon ar Fuddsoddiad [ROI] ac adrodd. Byddwch yn dangos profiad o ran datblygu a chynhyrchu negeseuon sy’n gyson â’r brand o ansawdd uchel, trwy ysgrifennu a sgiliau prawfddarllen rhagorol.
Byddwch yn hunan-ddechreuwr rhagweithiol sydd â sgiliau cyfathrebu llafar ac ysgrifenedig rhagorol, gydag ymagwedd drefnus a thrylwyr gyda phrofiad cryf o reoli data. Mae'r swydd hon yn gofyn am allu profedig i flaenoriaethu, cwrdd â therfynau amser tynn, i achub y blaen a gweithio heb oruchwyliaeth agos. Wrexham Glyndwr University are seeking an experienced, creative and energetic Digital Officer to develop, implement, track and optimise our digital campaigns across all digital channels.  

The Digital Officer is an integral role, working in a varied and fast-paced environment responsible for defining, delivering and monitoring digital advertising, Adwords, web, SEO, social media, email and third party sites. You should be Google Adwords Certified, have a strong grasp of current digital marketing tools and strategies, have excellent writing skills and the ability to put together eye-catching online digital campaigns.

Working with the Digital Manager and relevant colleagues you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery and evaluation of sector leading, multi-channel digital campaigns and activity that effectively position and drive engagement for the university to achieve key objectives and strengthening the university’s brand and reputation.

The role holder will actively develop, support and deliver multiple projects and campaigns demonstrating impact through data analysis across and against engagement and conversion retention rates, providing ROI and reporting. You will demonstrate experience in the development and production of high quality on brand messages, through excellent writing and proof reading skills.

You will be a proactive self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills, with a methodical, thorough and organised approach with strong data management experience. This role requires a proven ability to prioritise, meet tight deadlines, to take the initiative and work without close supervision. You will have be used to working with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, and possess diplomatic and persuasive skills to work well within the team.

The digital team is part of the central University CMRA (Communications, Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions) department and the post-holder will be expected to contribute to the wider team, providing support to student recruitment and marketing activities including open days/evenings.
