Mae Gwasanaeth Gyrfaoedd a Chyflogadwyedd Prifysgol Glyndwr Wrecsam yn dymuno recriwtio Swyddog Prosiect Profiad Gwaith profiadol.

Cenhadaeth ac amcanion y Gwasanaeth Gyrfaoedd a Chyflogadwyedd yw meithrin datblygiad graddedigion perthnasol, annibynnol, cystadleuol sydd â ffocws ar y dyfodol ac sy’n barod i ddod yn rhan o’r gweithlu graddedig yn lleol,  yn genedlaethol ac yn fyd-eang. Mae'r Gwasanaeth yn darparu gwybodaeth, cyngor ac arweiniad gyrfaol i fyfyrwyr a graddedigion. Mae'n darparu arweiniad ar brofiad gwaith a chyfleoedd lleoliadau, cyflogaeth lawn-amser i raddedigion a chyflogaeth ran-amser i fyfyrwyr,  gwirfoddoli, ymgysylltu a rhwydweithio â chyflogwyr ac amrywiaeth eang o ddarparwyr cyfleoedd.

Mae'r prosiect hwn wedi'i gynllunio i leihau nifer y myfyrwyr sydd mewn perygl o beidio â bod mewn addysg, cyflogaeth na hyfforddiant (NEET) wrth adael addysg uwch (AU). Mae'n ceisio mynd i'r afael â'r mater a nodir yn y Fframwaith Dilyniant Ieuenctid bod “amgylchiadau economaidd a phersonol yn peri heriau enfawr i ddilyniant i rai grwpiau o bobl ifanc”

Mae'r swydd yn cynnwys gweithio ochr yn ochr â'r Swyddog Prosiect llawn amser a'r Cynorthwy-ydd Gweinyddol i gyflawni'r prosiect cyflogadwyedd myfyrwyr hwn. I ddarparu cymorth un-i-un i fyfyrwyr sy'n profi heriau i sicrhau gwaith ystyrlon pan fyddant yn graddio, ac i ddod o hyd i gyfleoedd profiad gwaith iddynt gynyddu eu cyflogadwyedd. Mae'r swydd angen rhywun sydd â lefel uchel o sylw i fanylion, profiad o weithio i dargedau a marchnata trwy gyfryngau cymdeithasol.

Bydd deiliad y swydd wedi cael ei addysgu i lefel Gradd ac yn meddu ar wybodaeth o MS Office.

I drafod y swydd yn anffurfiol, cysylltwch â Karen Lennox 01978 293240 neu drwy e-bost k.lennox@glyndwr.ac.uk

Ariennir y prosiect hwn gan Lywodraeth Cymru a Chronfa Gymdeithasol Ewrop

Fixed Term to 31st December 2021

Wrexham Glyndwr University‘s Careers & Employability Service is seeking to recruit an experienced Work Experience Project Officer.

The Careers & Employability Service’s mission and objectives are to foster the development of relevant, independent, competitive and future-focussed graduates who are ready to become a part of the graduate workforce locally, nationally and globally. The Service provides careers information, advice and guidance to students and graduates. The role involves working alongside the full time Project Officer and the Administration Assistant to deliver this student employability project.
