Part time 0.5 FTE (18.5 hours per week)

We are looking to recruit an energetic and enthusiastic Lecturer in Built Environment to support the development and delivery of the curriculum in Construction Management and Design technology and to support the development and delivery of new industry relevant qualifications.

Applicants must have a First Degree in a Built Environment related discipline and either hold a PhD or be working towards one. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate proven communication and organisational skills, experience of writing, collating and delivering a modular curriculum and in enhancing the student experience.

The role is varied and challenging, so you will be need to be a highly self-motivated individual who is able to work flexibly and to tight deadlines, both autonomously and as part of a team.   You will have outstanding communication and organisational skills and an eye for detail.    

Experience of the Construction Industry will be a marked advantage as will Membership of a relevant Professional Body.

The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable for this post.
