Faculty Administrator – Part Time (0.6FTE), Permanent

The Faculty of Social and Life Sciences at Wrexham Glyndwr University is looking to recruit an experienced Faculty Administrator to report to the Faculty Business Manager, provide support to the Dean and Faculty Leadership Team, alongside the Faculty’s wider academic teams, and undertake secretarial functions as required.
The successful candidate will be expected to manage their own time within a busy office and carry out a wide range of general administrative tasks and secretarial duties, keeping the Dean, Associate Deans and Faculty Business Manager aware of relevant business.
You will possess excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to develop and maintain efficient systems. You will be competent operating using your own initiative as well as part of a wider team.
You will be educated to HND level preferably within an Administration, IT, Business qualification.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable, but not essential.
