Faculty Administrative Coordinator (PSRB Compliance and Regulation) 

Full time, fixed term until 20th January 2023 (to cover period of secondment)

The Faculty of Social and Life Sciences at Wrexham Glyndwr University is looking to recruit a highly organised and experienced administrator to undertake the role of Faculty Administrative Coordinator (PSRB Compliance and Regulation) on a fixed term basis. The role will report to the Faculty Business Manager and will provide key administrative support in the coordination of a number of business critical operational and administrative tasks, with a specific focus on areas of critical compliance and the Faculty’s professional provision. 

The successful candidate will be expected to manage their own time within a busy environment and carry out a variety of administrative and coordination activities, operating competently under their own initiative, as well as part of a wider team. They will possess excellent organisational, prioritisation, communication and interpersonal skills, as well as being detail orientated. They will be an effective coordinator and facilitator with the ability to develop and maintain efficient systems.  

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable, but not essential.
