Xplore! Currently have exciting opportunities for people with great customer service skills to join the Front of House - Sales and Retail Team. The varied role will involve providing a comprehensive sales, information and ticketing service to visitors, alongside operation of a retail and café facility within the Science Discovery Centre.
The ticket desk, shop and café is open 7 days a week so a willingness to work varied hours is essential. Applicants will need to have a combination of weekday and weekend availability.
A full understanding of retail environments, including stock rotation, stock management, experience of merchandising and retail promotions are essential.
This role is public facing, therefore excellent standards of customer service and care are required. A comprehensive training programme will be provided.
The ability to speak welsh is highly desirable.
