An exciting new position has been created for an Events Co-ordinator at Wrexham Glyndwr University. This is a key role in a forward-looking Student Recruitment Team, responsible for the recruitment of UK students at undergraduate and postgraduate level. Reporting to the Student Recruitment Manager, the role will be responsible for the planning and delivery of our flagship recruitment events such as Open Days and Applicant Days, both on campus and virtually. The postholder will also support the University’s presence at external recruitment events such as UCAS Fairs. 

Our ideal candidate would be a proactive, enthusiastic, personable individual with excellent planning and organisational skills. They should be audience-focused, capable of understanding and representing the requirements of event attendees and should have a passion for delivering high quality events and conducting post-event analysis with stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement. 

Welsh language skills are desirable for this role.
