Rydym yn chwilio am unigolyn brwdfrydig i ymuno â Thîm Seilwaith TG y Brifysgol. Mae hon yn swydd heriol yn defnyddio technolegau menter mewn amgylchedd technegol cymhleth. Byddwch yn gweithio mewn tîm sy'n gyfrifol am ddarparu llwyfannau TG hanfodol i'n genhadaeth y mae'r mwyafrif o wasanaethau craidd y Brifysgol yn dibynnu arnynt. Bydd gennych gyfrifoldeb am dros weithredu, datblygu a cynnal a chadw parhaus gwasanaethau a systemau.

Bydd gennych sgiliau cyfathrebu da, profiad amlwg o weithio fel rhan o dîm a bydd gennych wybodaeth weithredol dda o dechnolegau  rithweithio, cadw wrth gefn ac adfer, gwasanaethau cyfeirlyfr Windows a systemau gweinyddion. Byddai profiad o weithio gyda seilwaith cadw graddfa fawra thechnolegau rhwydweithio yn ddymunol, ac felly hefyd wytbodaeth o sgriptio PowerShell. Mae'r gallu i roi sylw i fanylion a gweithio mewn ffordd drefnus a manwl yn hanfodol.

Full Time permanent position

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the University’s IT Infrastructure Team. This is a challenging role using enterprise technologies in a complex technical environment. You will be working in a team responsible for the provision of mission critical IT platforms on which the majority of core University services rely. You will have responsibility for the continued operation, development and maintenance of services and systems.

You will have good communication skills, proven experience of working as part of a team and have a good working knowledge of virtualisation, backup & recovery technologies, windows directory services and server systems. Experience of working with large scale storage infrastructure and networking technologies would be desirable, as would knowledge of powershell scripting. The ability to pay attention to detail and work in a methodical and organised manner is essential.
